Monday morning when I started to eat breakfast my back lower molar had a shorting pain and it hasn't stopped yet. I have an appointment on Wednesday with Eric Lowery. I can hardly wait because I have to take pain mess just to calm it down.
We then went to June Hobson's funeral which was a shock. She had a heart attack. She was only 68. (She had been on the 23 ward with us and I taught some of her girls). It was great to see old friends and catch up. We just barely missed the accident where an elderly man hit the accelerator and the car jumped the curb and plowed into the family that was lined up to go to the cemetery. 9 people where hurt.
I went to see Dr Maderious Wednesday morning. . He said my blood sugar was just fine but it was a good thing that I did checked it every day for week because it gave a true picture of my blood sugars. However insurance will only pay for me to use two strips a day. He said it's just better to do it for one week four times a day and then don't go for the of weeks and that will give a better picture.
I also went to the dentist Eric Lowery, ( I had gone to his father years ago and they were in our ward also) and he couldn't find anything wrong with my tooth so he gave me Sensodyne to use twice a day. I was relieved that I didn't have to have a filling but my tooth still hurts. Hopefully the toothpaste will work. It is now Sunday and I have had to use less pain killers but it is still a weird toothache. It will just start hurting out of the blue for no reason. Eric was a really kind dentist. I certainly will go back to him again.
I went back to the Lymphatic Clinic just for her to check and see if I had progressed. I have found that if I will remember to engage my core, I can walk straighter and have better balance. Also, my chest doesn't feel so tight. It has really helped to massage it.
Then I went to Live Strong class where we did yoga. It wasn't bad: we did a lot of stretching. It felt good after doing the circuit there.
Saturday we went to Cody and Hailey's football game. This was Hailey's first full game. They were short a player so she had to play the whole game. Actually, I thought she did very well. Buck is a wonderful coach. He knows how to keep the moral up. I thought they did very well considering that the other team had extra's to play.
