9/23 to 9/29

This week has just been full of the normal routines of  excising, teaching and getting music ready for our group.  I finished "Ding Dong Merrily on High.  It is always interesting to find out how it all actually  sounds together. 

Nancy and I practiced Saturday for this morning performance at the Ustick Ward.  Her harp mic and amp really helps the balance of things. It will be fun to work on performing again.

After practicing, I went to the "Y" and did the circuit and then swam 40 laps. That is over a half a mile.  But I didn't bring anything to eat.  By the time, I got home from the store my glucose was 178.  Then today,  when I got home from Church it was 248.  I am so glad that I am going to the Diabetic Clinic.  Maybe, I will find out how to handle all of this.  Monday I am going to the Lymphoma Clinic.  I think I need so much more education and how to handle this body.

What a Difference a year makes

 It has been a year since I first started this journey.  I feel much better and I am so glad I have good health (as long I watch me diet)  I am so thankful for good medicine, and good doctors who have helped me to better health.   I couldn't have done it without great friends and a supporting family.
