This week seemed to fly past. I got several things accomplished. I got Sarah's baby afghan finished. Now I just have to get the two done for the twins and then start on Taylor afghan since she will be getting married in the future.
Also, our team was to put up a poster for work with the team of Fishphilosophy. Of course, I did it all. Someone had the idea of using Nemo, so I just downloaded some pictures of nemo and game and made them 3D and put them on. I had some other ideas but my team lead didn't get his part. He really wasn't interest in making it the best. I was a little disappointed in his attitude.
I did write an accompaniment for "The Holy Ghost". It is a song the primary will be singing for their Sacrament meeting program. Last week when I played it for primary I felt I could do more with the accompaniment to make it more interesting. So I wrote another one, which turned out really well. Then I decided to do one for "Come Follow Me" I worked on it yesterday and today. I am almost finished but I have to work on the transpositions from one key to another. I am not very good at that.
Our cool weather crops and strawberries are doing good but the cantaloupe are pretty sad. It
just hasn't been hot enough. Today we ate broccoli from the garden and enjoyed strawberry shortcake. This was the first time we have had a big bowl of strawberries to eat. It is so wonde
rful to enjoy the fruits of your labors.
